Ans. In a textual presentation the data are presented in the form of paragraph or descriptive form
MERITS
a) It is suitable when data is not very large.
b) It is easy to understand and this is appealing to educated people.
DEMERITS
a) Its information is boring monotonious.
b) It is not good for large volume of data.

Ans. The process of arranging data orderly in the form of rows and columns.

1. Ans. Simple and brief presentation= it makes the data simpler brief and clear which is easy to understand.

4. Economical= tabular presentation is a very economical mode of the data presentation it saves time as well as space.

Ans. There are following part of table .
1. Table number= First of all a table must have like 1,2,3ora,b,c
2. Tittle A table must have a tittle. Tittle must be written in bold letter.
3. Head note = If the tittle of table does not give complete information ,it is supplemented with a head note.
4. Stubs= stubs are tittle of the rows of a table.
5. Caption= caption is the tittle given to the column of the table.
6. Body or field = body of a table mean some total of the item in the table.
7. Footnotes= footnotes are given at the bottom of the table for clarification of the reader.
8. Source = when tables are based on secondary data/source of the data is to be given .

1. Ans. Tittle as comparitable with the objective of the study= tittle of the table must be provided at the top of table and must be comparitable with the objective of the study.
2. Comparison= Table should be made at this type so that data can be compared easily.
3. Use of zero= zero should be used only to indicate the quantity of variable does are not available it should be indicated by NA or (-) hyphen.
4. Clarity = the table must be clear ad brief so that anybody can understand easily
5. Footnote= footnote should be given only if needed however if footnote is to be given it must bear same asterisk
6. Source of data = source of data must be noted at the foot of the table.
